Participation in Online Certifications: IVY Global Academy offers users the opportunity to participate in an Online Certification. If you desire to achieve any Certification offered by IVY Global Academy, you will be asked to provide us with certain information necessarily required to grant such certification. This information may include, among other things, your name and email id, date of birth, photo identification document & address.
If you participate in an online Certification, we may collect from you certain aspirant-generated content and also certificate related data such as aspirants’ responses to eco system, exams process and surveys.

Third Party Credit Card Processing: IVY Global Academy provides you with the ability to pay for Online Certifications and other services using a credit card through a third party payment processing service provider. Please note that our service provider – not IVY Global – collects and processes your credit card information.

Refund policy terms may change time to time and we reserve all the right to change the term of refund policy at any time without notice.
Our refund policy as follows:
1.Raise refund request within 2 days of purchase of certification/ other services, refund purely depend on the discretion of the IVY Global Academy and all rights on refund reserved by IVY Global Academy.
2.In case of duplicate payment or excess payment made by aspirant/s, will be processed after considering relevant facts via same source within 15 days post intimation by the aspirant/customer to support@ivyglobalacademy.com.
3.E vouchers once purchased can’t be cancelled but can be transferred to others; aspirants needs to send to an email request in this regards to support @ ivyglobalacademy.com.
4.Order once placed cannot be cancelled and moreover no refunds shall be granted. Hence requested to be careful while placing the order(s).
Certificate Content:
Certificate content for all certifications, is provided only for the purpose of education and guidance towards achieving the certification. The content is reviewed regularly and is subject to change without notice. IVY Global Academy reserves all rights to modify content without notice.

You can electronically copy or take print of the website pages, if it is being used for personal use only. IVY Global Academy holds all the right to all the material on this website, unless otherwise indicated.
